Booking confirmation emails are usually delivered within 1–2 minutes. If yours hasn't arrived, work through this list before assuming it's lost.
Step 1 — Check your spam / junk folder
This is by far the most common cause. Search for "BookedYourSlot" or the business's name. Some mail clients (especially Gmail on first contact) classify the first email from a new sender as promotional.
If you find it: mark it as Not spam so future emails from the same sender go to your inbox.
Step 2 — Double-check the email address you entered
A single mistyped character means the email went to someone else's address (or bounced). If you remember mistyping, contact the business directly and ask them to send a fresh confirmation to the correct address.
Step 3 — Wait a few more minutes
Email is occasionally delayed by mail-server queueing. Most confirmations land within 1–2 minutes; the longest typical delay is around 5 minutes. If 30 minutes have passed and there's still nothing, treat the email as undelivered.
Step 4 — Confirm the booking happened
If you saw the Booking confirmed page after clicking Confirm, your booking is real — even if the email never arrives. The business has your booking on their system regardless of the email.
Step 5 — Contact the business directly
If none of the above works, contact the business by phone or directly via their website. They can:
- Confirm whether your booking exists in their system.
- Resend the confirmation email if it does.
- Reschedule or cancel on your behalf if needed.
