Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder) and AI Regenesis Ltd, the company operating BookedYourSlot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

BookedYourSlot is an online booking platform for service businesses. We provide hosted booking pages, customer email notifications, subscription billing through Stripe (for your BookedYourSlot plan), and the management dashboard you use to configure it all. We continually develop the service and may change features. Material changes will be flagged in advance where possible.

3. Your account

• You must register with accurate, current information.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be 18 or over to register.
• One account per person or business. Trial accounts may not be cycled to evade plan caps.

4. Plans and payment

BookedYourSlot offers four plans: Free, Starter, Business, and Pro. The current pricing is published on our Pricing page.

• Paid plans are billed yearly. The first charge is at the end of any trial period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each yearly billing period unless you cancel from your dashboard.
• You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused portion of a yearly subscription outside your statutory consumer rights.
• If a payment fails, we'll try again per Stripe's retry rules. If it still fails after 7 days, we'll downgrade you to the Free plan automatically.
• VAT, if applicable, is included in the displayed prices.

5. Trial

New accounts start with a 21-day free trial of our Business plan. No card is required to start the trial. If you don't upgrade by the end of it, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — your data is preserved, just with the Free plan's caps.

If you upgrade during the trial, your card is collected at upgrade but not charged until the original trial-end date.

6. Your customers and their data

When customers book through your BookedYourSlot page, you are the data controller of their personal data. AI Regenesis Ltd is your data processor — we host and transmit the data on your behalf, on your instructions, and in line with our Privacy Policy.

By using BookedYourSlot to take bookings you agree to:

• Only collect personal data you're entitled to collect.
• Use a legal basis for processing (typically contract performance).
• Tell your customers about your own privacy practices.
• Honour your customers' data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.).
• Tell us promptly if you receive a request that requires us to action something — for example, deleting a customer's data.

These terms set out the data processing obligations between us, in line with UK GDPR. A standalone downloadable DPA may be made available later for customers who need one for their own records, but it is not required for the terms to apply — your acceptance of these Terms when you registered constitutes a data processing agreement between you (as controller) and BookedYourSlot (as processor).

7. Acceptable use

You must not use BookedYourSlot to:

• Take bookings for illegal services or goods.
• Send spam, harass anyone, or impersonate another person or business.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform.
• Attempt to access another account's data.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data beyond what's available through your own dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you've breached these rules.

8. Intellectual property

We own the BookedYourSlot platform, including all code, designs, and branding. You own the content you put into your booking page — your business name, description, services, logo, and customer data. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it to your customers as part of running the service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We will retain billing records as required by HMRC and otherwise delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continued operation creates legal or security risk for us or other users. Where possible we'll give you a chance to fix the problem first.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to BookedYourSlot is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost bookings.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.

11. Warranties

We provide BookedYourSlot with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. We do not warrant that you'll achieve any specific number of bookings or revenue from using it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to use your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged by email to account holders at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
