How to move your appointment to a different time without cancelling.


How to reschedule

You can move your appointment to a different time without cancelling and re-booking:

  1. Open the confirmation email we sent when you originally booked.
  2. Click Reschedule your appointment.
  3. Pick a new time from the list on the same date or a different date.
  4. Click the slot — you're rescheduled. A confirmation email follows.

You can reschedule as many times as you need. The new time always replaces the old one.

If your original time isn't shown

The reschedule grid hides slots that other people have already booked. It DOES show your own current slot (so you can keep it if you change your mind mid-page) — that's expected.

If you can't find any time that works, click the Cancel this booking instead link at the bottom of the reschedule page. Then re-book on the business's main booking page if you want a different service or a different provider.

Different provider or different service

The reschedule flow keeps you with the same provider and the same service. If you want either of those changed, cancel the booking and re-book on the business's main page.
